Sage 100 STD upgrade from 2014 to 2017c. BIE (Business Insights Explorer) custom views did not survive the upgrade. I have not worked with BI before. Any Friday afternoon advice on where the custom views are stored, how to print a list of all custom views in BI in v2014, or how to get them to show up in v2017c?

If you are on the ""new"" launcher, try the ""classic"" ....

Thanks @JeffFiddelman I was using the ""new"" launcher, but was just not looking in the right spot. I found the custom views by opening the ""Public"" folder in the Setting box. Waiting confirmation from client that the custom views still work. EDIT: They still work!

As long as you migrated the system files the BIE views should be in tact. If you remigrate company data without system files than any new views that may have been created will not migrate. learned that the hard way with a client that took a long time before testing and upgrade and going live.

@alanniergarth Thank you for this feedback. The last three client upgrades took their sweet time between testing and final upgrade/going live. I think I will add an incentive ($$$ Cost) to my upgrade proposals so they move a little faster.
