I created a custom Crystal Reports (v2020) that queries the AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader and AR_InvoiceHistoryDetail tables.

In SAGE 100 v2022 using the BIReporter function the Parameter Input screen look like this:

In SAGE 100 v2025 using Crystal Reports v2020 the Parameter Input screen look like this:

How can I modify the Crystal Reports Parameter Input sceen to look more like the BIReporter Input screen?.

I'm not aware of a way but that'd be pretty neat.  However, you can lessen your Crystal parameter screen if you instead use single 'Range' Parameters for each data element (although you can still also enable multiple and discrete), e.g. below:
