Sage 100 STD 2014 icon is blank white with no green Sage logo after install of workstation on Win 7 Pro SP1 machine. It seems to function so far but why is the logo missing and how can I get it to display normally? Thanks in advance for any help! @AlnoorCassim @TyiDuncanWhitcomb

Find the Sage 100 program on your start menu, program group. Right click, properties, icons, click the icon, apply, save.

What @WayneSchulz said. Since 2013 they do the icon by pointing it to a small .exe for the icon that's created by the .Net installer of Wkstn Setup. It installs it under C:\Windows\Installer\<product GUID>\. If you didn't choose Run as Administrator then possibly it could be permissions issue to this location. In the end if you don't see the icon for selection you can always click on Browse and point it to server's \mas90\Launcher\sage.ico

Usually when you go to browse it's already pointing to the right place, which makes it even more irritating.

Pretty sure I've tried the ""run as administrator"" as I'll do that by default everywhere I can in Sage 100 setups. There is some other oddity happening here. It's fairly easy to fix but it's a bit embarrassing when our application installs and it's the only one that can't load an icon properly. Even more embarrassing when you think about how much $$ the customer paid.

I have a client with this issue. IT is working on some script, but each time she logs in the shortcut properties revert back to UNC because drive no longer mapped. That causes icon to be white.
