  • 1.  Sage 100 Standard v4.50.7.0Customer goes to Job

    Sage 100 Standard v4.50.7.0 Customer goes to Job Cost - Billing Data Entry. Inputs a Job No Enters a credit memo (xxx-CM) In the ""Apply to invoice"" lookup the invoices are blank 1. Have tried with other jobs - same result 2. Rebuilt sorts on JC, AR One Sage KB entry on 4.4 dealing with similar issue in AR and screen customizations. Anyone else experience this? I find JC tough to debug since it's like all development stopped ages ago.

    Going to the AR and doing Invoice Data Entry and creating a CM then looking up the ""Apply to Invoice"" works fine. Just not populating in Job Cost.

    I don't recall having that issue. Have you tried issuing the credit in JC and applied in AR Cash Receipts?

    I'm tossing it to Sage since it seems like a potential product defect.

    Problem resolved by Sage with a reinstall of the ALE lookups - support copied the SY1Q*.SOA from their computer to the customers x:\MAS90\SOA

    Interesting how ALE lookups work back to Job Cost. Sure shines a light on some other programming issues within JC.......Hhhmmm.
