    Sage 100 Standard v2014.5 - user reports one or more users receiving the message ""Unable to preview AR_AgedInvoiceReport.rpt. Exception occurred"" Sage KB [here](https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=33097&sliceId=1&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=477448&docType=kc&isLoadPublishedVer=&stateId=477453&docTypeID=DT_Article&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl) - suggests reload workstation setup but that seems to only apply if it's one user receiving the message. I can't duplicate it when I log in to a remote workstation. Thoughts?

    Maybe there was some other software update that happened on multiple machines? Reinstall has worked when I've had similar issues.

    What printer was selected? I've seen that when they tried to preview reports with a label printer selected.

    Good thoughts - I'm asking them to check the printer and also consider reinstalling workstation.
