Sage 100 Standard V2013, Windows 8 (argh!!). User was getting an error 20 when printing - with paperless setup - fixed that but now when she prints Adobe doesn't open to review the document. I can see the document is getting to paperless viewer but can't open it. I realize this is a windows issue but thought I'd throw the question out anyway. Adobe appears to start a process but doesn't launch. Any ideas?

Verify that Adobe Opens without issue manually. Another option is to use an alternative PDF viewer.

Also check the UAC settings. I would try the process with UAC disabled to see if that resolves things. The easiest way to find the settings is to search on 'UAC' from the gem bar on the right side of the screen.

Review the paperless folder to see if there are any zero byte sized files. Delete them. This has been an issue in the past for me.

Look for invalid printers. Ran into the same error on Win7 x64 and it turned out to be a server printer that was no longer in use but was still installed.
