Sage 100 standard /4.5 with CRM 7.1 SP2 conversion to 2014 with CRM 7.2 - quote error
Recently upgraded client and ran into error 65 on prospect quotes for inventory items with a qty on hand <=0. Sage 100 pops an error when entering quote for regular inventory items meeting the criteria. no problems on *, /, or items with qty OH >0. Was able to replicate this on our test system as well. Current work around is to promote prospect to customer to do quote. (which defeats one of the benefits of using CRM for quotes). Sage is supposed to get back with us.
