  • 1.  Sage 100 Standard 4.4.08. Four UDFs added to Lot

    Sage 100 Standard 4.4.08. Four UDFs added to Lot Serial Transaction Inquiry. Al four were showing at one time, and all four still show up in Customizer. However, two have now vanished from the UI in use. Tried to reset the panel, but ""reset all grids"" is grayed out. Any ideas on why or how to fix?

    Look in MAS_System SY_PopupXref.m4t - is the first key blank? [ ] ""Identity"" if so delete this record and the reset all grids should be available

    unfortunately that is not it - no blank record.

    Check to see if they made them too skinny. If that doesn't work, you may have to delete the customizer setting and recreate it.

    They are set to 15 characters. I tried the delete and recreate and got the same results.

    Do the UDF's display in the Panel Map in Customizer? If so, try editing them to see if they're locked/disabled or change position/size.

    Very strange. Lee took a look, went to the wrong screen (cost detail), added the UDFs there, and now they show up in the lot serial transaction inquiry accessed from the button on inventory maintenance/inquiry.
