  • 1.  Sage 100 Standard 2018 PU 5 Blank Sales Order

    I just set up Sales Order for Sage 100 Standard 2018 PU5 and, after entering the Sales Order information including the customer information, detail lines, and totals, the Sales Order only prints the Company Information but none of the other information.  No Sales Order Number, Date, or any other Header information and none of the lines.
    I seem to remember a reported problem but couldn't find any reference online.

    Perhaps ODBC permissions ?

    Thank you for the response @Jeff Fiddelman.  It WAS the ODBC permissions for the Role.  Once I adjusted them it worked just fine.​

    My guess would be report changes... perhaps with a bad table link, or a stale custom DSN (vs SOTAMAS90).
    Preview, then use DFDM to look at the temp work table for data.  If data is there there, it's the report... if no data, it is something in the Sage program.

    Try printing it using the Standard form.  If it prints with a standard form code then as Kevin mentioned it is probably the join type.  Try changing  an equal join to an outer join.  It could also be bad data in a formula or a bad formula. Example: trying to divide by 0 or trying to do a mathematical calculation using a character.
