    Sage 100 Standard 2014 when printing GL financial report income statement by department to PDF it puts each department in a separate PDF. Is this WAD? Is there a trick to print to one PDF? TIA

    Sound really familiar but I think that was an issue with printing AJE and it would page break them. Not sure on the financial reports.

    I'm really hoping there's something I'm missing here because right now it creates a bunch of PDFs and you have to name each one. Yikes!

    Can you print to paperless, maybe that will create 1 pdf? I believe though if you print to a PDF printer (and not preview) it will print the IS in 1 document. If you preview and export, you will get 1 document per department.

    Thanks Nancy for your response. When you print to paperless it creates a separate pdf for each department. If you print to PDF without preview it creates a separate PDF for each department and gives all of the them the same file name so you have to renew each. At least paperless creates them all without intervention. You can then open them all in adobe and combine them. Cumbersome?
