Sage 100 Standard 2014 - Catastrophic Failure when trying to start Business Insights
My customer had me install recently purchased Bar Code last night which I did from the source CD with new Sage keys. No error messages or complications that I could see.
This could be entirely unrelated, however, in the customer's eye it is all because I (for no money) logged in and helped them install this module they purchased.
Yet another reason that Sage needs to load every module on first install and then let them activate by registration key so you don't have this issue with customers questioning/accusing the install of a new module as ""breaking"" their system.
Have anyone experienced this?
I'll probably grab a case # and let the customer dialog directly with Sage on this.
