I know if a customer chooses to end 100c maintenance they are supposed to have read only after 45 days.  Does anyone have a customer in the read only mode and know they can still view data?  Can payroll (new framework) still be accessed?  Can Sage Intelligence reports still be run?

I have some payroll clients in read only and all they can access in payroll is the Payroll, Reports menu.

Do you happen to know if reports is the only accessible part in other modules or if they can open up the various areas, like customer maintenance?

Will Sage 100 data be accessible after a Sage 100 subscription expires?

    Summary
Will Sage 100 data be accessible after a Sage 100 subscription expires?

    Resolution
    • Sage 100 allows a 45 day grace period with full access to data once a subscription expires. Customers will receive a message informing them the subscription has expired and display how long they can continue accessing Sage 100 with full access. During this time, the Customer may contact Sales and renew their subscription if the expiration was unintentional.
    • After the 45 day grace period, Sage 100 will only have Read-Only access to data
    • Customers can still open Sage 100, which will display a message that the Sage 100 subscription has expired, and view existing data but it will no longer have the ability to make changes to the data or enter new transactions
    • Reports will run since reports are simply reading existing data
    • Maintenance screens will still be accessible, but the fields will be display-only, similar to Inquiry screens
    • Visual Integrator Import Jobs will be accessible to view, but the fields will be disabled and the buttons to execute the Import Job will not be displayed

    Adding to this:

Historical Payroll Data can be accessed in Aatrix when Payroll has expired or Payroll is no longer part of the customer's product key leaving them in Read-only mode.

This method is only available in versions 5.4.3.0 and 6.0(2018) and higher.

How to print historical efiling records when Payroll subscription is expired or no longer part of the product key.

    1. Select File_Run.
    2. Type 'syzcon' in the program and select OK.
    3. At the prompt, type: run "ci_efilinghistory.m4p" and press enter.
    4. Select the name of the document you wish to reprint.
