Sage 100 Prospect needs a link with Amazon. Distribution business does 90+% of their current business through Amazon. They are looking for solution to integrate their Amazon orders with Sage 100. At first glance, Kissinger's publicized solution seems a bit overkill for where they are at right now. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have several as well. It seems like the Amazon integration tools are extremely difficult to use.

A wile back the folks with ISM built one with for a customer of mine. You can check and see if they have it. We do it with SAP and Task Centre as well. You can check with Paul & Nicole at Fisher Technologies.

Isn't this another flavor of EDI? First thing I tell prospects is that EDI is expensive and people only do it when commanded to do so by a major customer or supplier.

Amazon integration is EDI, so theoretically any of the EDI vendors could do it. Kissinger's product is just a subset of their EDI package and they already have the maps built for their solution.

The struggle that we have had is downloading Amazon orders into a spreadsheet or something that can be imported into Sage 100. The Amazon APIs seem to be very technical and I have yet to find anything that simply dumps orders into a csv file or excel spreadsheet. Maybe I am missing something simple with Amazon, but we have put quite a bit of effort getting something useful to export from Amazon regarding orders and customers. We have figured out how to do it but it is not clean/easy or something that could be delegated like the non-integrated shopping cart clients that we have that have not made the move to something like Website Pipeline.

    I think Kissinger has a direct integration - http://www.kissingerassoc.com/edi/mas-90-amazon-marketplace-mws-sage-100-integration.htm

Kissinger MWS is for Amazon integration with EDI. I believe IN-SYNCH does Amazon directly into SOE.

I have a customer using it via Kissinger Sales Partner. The testing is all automated and getting help was a chore!!! But it does work.
