Sage 100 Premium v5.4.1 (Scanco, ACS MB, InSync, MAPADOC, AVATAX all installed and working). RMA module is not working as expected. Zero Dollar Replacements is checked, but dollar amount is not being zeroed out. Cross Ship Items are automatically backordering - even if there is indeed quantity in stock. This happens in all company codes. I have verified in SQL that the options are correct, tried checking and unchecking and still no luck. Any thoughts on what might be interfering? Client thinks this worked prior to the upgrade, but can't be 100% sure.
