Sage 100 Premium v5.4.1 (Scanco, ACS MB, InSync, MAPADOC, AVATAX all installed and working). RMA module is not working as expected. Zero Dollar Replacements is checked, but dollar amount is not being zeroed out. Cross Ship Items are automatically backordering - even if there is indeed quantity in stock. This happens in all company codes. I have verified in SQL that the options are correct, tried checking and unchecking and still no luck. Any thoughts on what might be interfering? Client thinks this worked prior to the upgrade, but can't be 100% sure.

Hello Michelle, regarding the Cross Ship Items automatically back ordering - Multi-Bin will do this if at least one of the Items On Hand are not in a Primary location tier.

@GilPonte This happens with all items, some have primary bins and some do not, but there are several hundered on hand in each bin/location. Should I be looking somewhere else?

Example - When I try to ship a Sales Order, and I have thousands of the item on hand, it will auto-backorder if none of the thousand are sitting in a Primary Location Tier. Just having a Primary location is not enough.

If we create a Sales Order, it is auto assigning the bin and location based on settings. And there are some in each of the bins, so I don't think that's it.
