  • 1.  Sage 100 Premium 4.5.7 - User is getting an Error

    Sage 100 Premium 4.5.7 - User is getting an Error 12 VI_import_ui.pvc 1216 when trying to start any VI import job. Per Sage and KB article manually re-initializing the VI_JobLog.M4t should fix it, and if not restoring the file from a backup should do it. Problem is, they can't find the file in a backup (and yet VI Jobs were working fine yesterday). Anyone see any problems with me just sending over a reinitialized copy of mine from the same version?

    You are on premium so I am wondering if the is one of the sql tables

    No, we checked his system up down left and right, and couldn't find it in the tables. I double checked on my system and couldn't find it either. I did find it in the MAS_System folder on the install though, so I figure that has to be it... maybe.

    Yep it is in he mas_system folder for sure

    @ShawnSlavin , any thoughts? Are you familiar with this, did we miss finding it in a table?
