    For Premium, what file do you rename or what  is the step to take to stop this?  I know it is not the INSTLOCK.TXT as in Standard or Advanced.

    Hmm I thought it was INSTLOCK.txt even for Premium.

    I have only ever resolved this by deleting the INSTLOCK file.

    I thought so too... but always take a folder backup of the source system before starting to ensure I can reset because I have been caught by this in the past.

    That looks like the INSTLOCK.txt message but I have seen the source company activate.pvx get renamed during a failed migration and I had to rename it back to re-start the migration.

    I have it figured out for the moment.  There was a stranded pvxwin.
