Just putting this out to make others aware......
PR still having calculation issues when there are multiple check entries in the same run. I have no expectation that it will ever be resolved.
Scenario below is employee is cashing in PTO time so a second check is required. As it happens, employee also has a deduction with an annual cap being met on the second check. Finally, this deduction is percentage based.
The second check over withholds the amount (reached the cap on this check) but Sage doesn't recognize the cap. The percentage deduction does not allow for an override on the calculated amount (would be nice) although I believe you can manipulate the percentage (did not try).
Ultimately recommended entering one check, update that PR, then issue the second check which calculated the deduction with limit correctly.
