If you want POS features inside of Sage, look at IIG's POS/CCP. We used it at an art gallery and wholesale/retail distributor with multiple locations.

I used to be a CounterPoint reseller. It integrates well with Sage, given the integration points. PO ROG and ROI are done in CP, and then it sends over the AP invoices from that. It creates GL journal entries for any kind of transaction done in CP. But basically, you will manage AR, PO, and IM in CounterPoint.
