Have a client who is showing a different number of users in Sage 100 Adv 3 different places.
They have an error that pops up and tells them they have exceeded their 6 user license.
The *info says they have 7 users, and Sage confirms this.
The System Setup screen says they have 9 users (which would be right for 7, if one is for the service and one for CRM)
Apparently the server gets rebooted every night, so restarting the service isn't going to help (since it already does that).
There aren't any users hanging out there.
Didn't someone else post something about number of users being wrong previously (of course I can't find it since I SUCK at searching)?
