Sage 100 Monthly Pay migration to Premium

    I don't believe that this is still accurate; however, I'm looking for feedback: 

    Before customers could change their Sage 100 platform ( Standard to Premium as one example) without requesting new keys, I was told that

    • requesting new keys for a platform change would result in any MONTHLY pay customers losing migration credits.
    • It would also require a new order form.
    • Supposedly, there was no impact on ANNUAL pay customers.

    I don't know if this was accurate, as I had no monthly pay customers migrate to Premium and have to request new keys.

    I'm still being told that this rule may be in effect, though I'm unsure how it could be since customers could do their own upgrade and platform change without having to (a) contact a VAR (or Sage) or (b) request new registration keys.

    Does anyone have any experience with the above that they can share?
