Hello Squad, 

This is from Laura Dy at Sage. She would like clarification on this mod. I would think this should be in role maintenance and apply to all data entry types. Interested in your thoughts. Please reply with your comments and I'll summarize and respond.

Can you clarify the requirements for this request – "Ability to suppress the message, "Warning: The item cost is zero." when a miscellaneous item is entered in Sales Order Entry and S/O Invoice Data Entry."

We will be adding an option to display/suppress this message. Does the option need to be in Miscellaneous Item Maintenance, or can we add it into Sales Order Options?

Does it also apply to special items?

I agree - Role Maintenance, then SO Options. And I don't believe it pops up with an * item, and I don't think it pops up in AR (I know she was wondering aloud about AR during the presentation yesterday).

To me, this is like the Role option about "Remove paper from printer" (in that it's an annoyance no one pays attention to anyway)
