  • 1.  Sage 100 is converting 4.3 data. Pre migration and

    Sage 100 is converting 4.3 data. Pre migration and migration went smoothly. However, during the conversion it stops with this; error 47 substring reference out of string, IMLevelconversion.pvc, Statement 3794, Method convert 440. Last file name IM_99DN.SOA Any ideas?

    Only that IM_99 is the item masterfile audit file. Maybe purge??

    Saying I should reinitialize all audit files before migrating? They have never referred to it in 6 years anyway.

    By now I assume that reinitializing worked but I have run into that twice. I think it is due to a corrupted record.

    Still converting but much further than last time so I'm hoping the reinitialization worked and no other problems. Then I have to redirect all access files to point to new location and ......

    I have had the same issue too. Reinitializing IM99 worked for me. you should be good.
