Another, old one... home computer speakers with a radio signal playing (even with the computer off). The coaxial cable outside swinging in the wind wore through the plastic insulation rubbing against an old antenna. Through some miracle of technology, the radio signal traveled through the cable, through the cable modem and into the computer speakers.

Oh, or when my client had the kids dropped off after school and the baby was put into a walker that kept crossing over their network cables what were "under the rug". Problem happened every day at 3:30 when baby got put into walker to stroll around the office.

Many years ago I had a customer with a similar story. I went onsite. Turns out it was an air conditioner kicking in which cause problems with their switch/hub.
I literally sat and watched the lights dim followed by "Sage is frozen".
