The latest EULA for Sage 100 that I can find online is here.
It doesn't seem to contain any provision outlining the maximum price increate percentage

Previously I think it was 10% (from July 2019 EULA )

Can someone point me to the current EULA with the fee increase maximum?

What difference does it make if Sage can rewrite the whole thing tomorrow?  How did this kind of thing even get to be a legal contract if one side (and one side only) can rewrite it at will?  #ReversePiracyIsStillPiracy

I doubt Sage is alone in this practice.
Sage 100 is still selling to new buyers. Turns out it is much less expensive than alternatives like Acumatica and Intacct. I expect Sage to actively narrow that.

@Wayne Schulz I *think* I remember Sage removing the fee increase language from the EULA sometime in 2020.  The 10% increase language can now be found on the bottom of the order form above the signature block.
