Sage 100 ERP v4.4
I have an end user who has a report they say was printed from the AR Salesperson Commission report (export to Excel likely). They have checked ""pay commission on paid invoices"".
The report they sent me appears to show commissions being computed on partially paid invoices. I don't think Sage will compute a commission unless the invoice is fully paid. Has anyone run into troubles in this area which may lead me to investigate either that there's a bug or some other type of gotcha that's producing the results of a commission payable for part paid invoices?
