Sage 100 ERP v4.4.0.7: Customer called this AM reporting that their payroll quarterly governmental report was not aligning. The total employees and total wages were wrapping to the next page. This customer has about 200 employees. They print the report quite a bit. I'm thinking that maybe a product update we installed around period end time may have reset the form so the alignment is now off. Here's the fix: Subject: How to align the Quarterly Governmental Report. Possible Resolution: Note: The following settings may vary with different printers, even the same model with different serial numbers. 1. Open Payroll / Period End / Quarterly Governmental Report. 2. Click the 'Form' button. 3. Click the 'Header' tab, and enter the following: 4. * Length of Form = 60 5. Click the 'Detail' tab, and enter the following: 6. * Total Employees This Page = 59 (Data and Description) * Total Employees This Report = 60 (Data and Description) * Total Gross Wages (Page) = 59 (Data and Description) * Total Gross Wages (RPRT) = 60 (Data and Description) * Unemployment Wages (Page) = 59 (Data only) * Unemployment Wages (RPRT) = 60 (Data only) 7. Click the 'Accept' button. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s1/sh/3a4a8039-d478-477e-b97d-3a079c5bb7cf/2939d84d18f607abd4f1a52390e16f2d
