    Sage 100 ERP v4.3 Standard - has anyone seen this error message regarding email suddenly not sending from paperless office?

    Usually just means it couldn't connect to the email server for a bit - try again later and it's working again. Out here in the boonies I see that more frequently than I'd like to.

    It sure looks like a communication failure on port 25 (SMTP). Check on the health of the mail server first. Then look for changes to firewalls, SMTP relay setting on the mail server, and other updates to the mail server.

    Check with the IT guys. Sounds like the Port may need to be updated/changed.

    I had a similar issue, and they told me to use Port 2500.
