Sage 100 ERP v4.20 PU 9 End user is trying to click on Period End - Period End Report Selection. Normally this produces all the period end reports she is used to seeing. Now there are no reports printing and nothing happens when she double clicks. I always run the reports individually but this user says until today it's been working ok. ?

Click on the printer button in that window and make sure the option for Actual Reports is checked.

Turns out (I think )that the issue is that the selection screen is just that -- a screen to select what reports print during the prompt at period end. The actual printing happens when you go to period end and the user clicks ""print period end reports"". I never have used the feature but today I found someone who has.

That's what I thought initially until I looked into it for your post. According to the help ""The selected reports can be printed in the Period End Report Selection window or in the Period End Reports window during period-end processing."" I tested it in version 5.1 and was able to get the actual reports to print by choosing the Actual Reports option under the printer. It's possible it's different in 4.2.

Thanks Mary Jo - that's weird. In 4.2 there was no box to check to select a report to print. When you get to period end and tick off ""print"" then follow through you come to a screen where you can individually select (or deselect) reports to print.

The module you're working with may make a difference too. I think Sage changed how that worked as they rewrote the modules in the business framework so it's possible you're working with a module that's legacy back then too.
