NOTES: Execute LM5004T.exe on the Sage 100 ERP Server This fix requires a workstation component only on Sage 100 ERP Advanced and Premium workstations. a. Copy Sage100ERP.Reporting.dll and Sage100ERP.Reporting.dll.manifest from the Sage 100 ERP Server's ..\mas90\home directory to each workstation's ..\mas90\home directory.

Fix (Recommend you download direct from Sage but if you don't have access here's a copy of the 6/17/13 version).

What's fixed PDF

Did they pull the hot fix so that the hot fix to the hot fix could be installed? I don't see LM5004 on the individual HF site right now.

Good question. I am testing it now and not have any better luck. I did get a follow up message from them today regarding the version. The fix set the version back to PU1 Here is how to change it back. 1.Open Library Master/Main/Data file display and maintenacee 2.Ok to message 3.For filename enter SY_System.m4t 4.Scroll down towards the bottom to Version$ 5.Click on edit 6.For the Change enter 5.00.2.0 7.Exit Sage ERP 100 8.Log back on 9.Go to Help/About Sage ERP 100 from the menu bar 10.Verify it is the right version They're are redrafting the fix because of it.

I take that back it works much better!!! I just have to to reinstall the Sage PDF converter it works faster. Green light from my one test...

@JimWoodhead why do you need to reinstall the Sage PDF converter?

I had a problem with the PDF printimg but it was there before. Have you tested it yet? Do you see tje same results?.

Has the re released version been posted yet? The last LM that I see is was released in May. I would rather wait on the corrected version than have to fix the hot fix......

Jim, we have successfully printed PDF registers and checks without issue. It isn't any faster, but I didn't expect it to be.

The date of that hot fix in the Portal is 6-14-13. Is that the most recent one? And this is supposed to also address the check printing performance issue, correct?

After installing hot fix, client on Win8 still having check printing crashing/performance issues. But an XP machine is working fine with check printing.

I downloaded one on 6/19. I wonder if they just didn't update the date. And it is the one that addressed the performance.

Be aware that a workstation setup does not pick up the new Sage 100 ""Adv"" (and ""Prem"") workstation files in LM5004 (i.e., Sage100ERP.Reporting.dll and Sage100ERP.Reporting.dll.manifest). They still need to be copied manually to each Sage 100 ""Adv"" (and ""Prem"") workstations' ..\mas90\home\ folder (from the server's home folder). That's a little bit of a pain on an Upgrade with PU2 (although PU3 was released yesterday), so hopefully it's now moot. But it still applies to new Adv/Prem applicable workstations in a PU2 environment. Seems odd that a workstation setup wouldn't just pick up these new files.
