Sage 100 Standard upgrade from 2022 to 2024. The user is now receiving this error:

Sage 100 ERP Intelligence Reporting has been configured to run a maximum of [1] concurrent reports. This is a brand new error that they did not receive in Sage 100 2022. They have been using Sage Intelligence for several years.

Do I just need to re-run a license setup? The user is RDP to the server to run Sage 100. No changes to servers during this upgrade.

Also, is there a link to a Sage Intelligence KB? The one that I've used previously appears to be offline ( https://www.sageintelligence.com/support/ ) and a brief review of the traditional Sage KB doesn't appear to unveil a section for Sage Intelligence although I do see results scattered in the Sage 100 KB.

That says REPORTS, not users.  I don't think it's a licensing issue, more like someone is already running a report?  I've certainly run multiple reports before so I could copy between them, but I've always waited until one is finished generating before starting another - maybe this is their issue?

She says - I used to be able to run more than one Intelligence report at a time.....  the big change is they went from 2022 to 2024. Paths and servers stayed the same. i was hoping the upgrade would be uneventful ...

I don't think you could ever run more than 1 report at a time. One problem would be how SI will keep focus on the SI window, so even trying to start a 2nd report would be challenging. Excel would be busy writing one report and wouldn't be able to be controlled by another automation instance.

So to confirm - if she waits until one has completely gotten done running, she can't do another one????

@Beth Bowers yes, that is the case.  I recall this from my original SI training, and it has proved to be the case in my experience.

Make a copy of the report and see if the copy runs.
