    Sage 100 Erp Advanced version 4.3 PU 18. Created several udfs with the same name ""upsaccount"" and mapped. Client has reported the data is missing for the customer maintenance udf. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months the data in this udf mysteriously disappears. I have run the custom office update and udf rebuild. Same issue 4 weeks later. Thoughts?

    Data actually missing from the file or just doesn't show up in ODBC?

    The data is missing. I looked in DFDM and it is gone. I also reviewed the customer audit report to see if someone had actually deleted the data and I didn't see anything. Odd.

    Why are they still on SU 18? Perhaps there is a fix buried in a subsequent SU??

    They have some custom mods and I don't want to jump on them with an update. The only reason we went to PU 18 was for PCI compliance. There is a possibility that a mod could be removing data from the field. ie. inadvertent variable dimension or other. I'm trying to narrow it down to exactly when the data disappears.
