Sage 100

Sage 100 ERP 2014 Standard, PU4 Customer says Sage AAtrix prompted for update. Bombed out. Could not get back into eFile. Guidance from KB says uninstall through control panel and reinstall. Did that. Now when we go to try to re-print W2 forms we come to a page that says we need to re-enter the federal tax ID yet the tax ID is all ??????? and cannot be changed. NOTE: VERIFIED FEDERAL ID IS ENTERED PROPERLY ON AATRIX EFILE, COMPANY MAINTENANCE AND TAX TABLE - FED Anyone seen this?

This may be a new issue as the result of a pushed update from Aatrix. On phone with Sage. Analyst has not seen it but spoke to a couple others who have taken calls today.

Sage is confirming this is an Aatrix issue - an update will need to be released to fix it.

Another potential issue - customer is saying they cannot re-print employee copy of W2 - the option is grayed out. This may be a WAD due to having eFiled but really seems you should be able to re-print as employees lose this all the time. The saved reports are also not accessible since their Aatrix bombed on the last update and Sage guidance was uninstall/reinstall. My first serious issues with Aatrix

Update of this issue of re-printing W2 forms. Apparently Aatrix does not consider W2 form printing complete unless you also print the instruction sheet. And until it's complete you have to use the option on Aatrix to go back and re-start versus re-print.
