    Sage 100 ERP 2013 Server Error Sage 100 ERP 2013 Setup has failed. If the problem persists, please contact Product Support. This happens when trying to begin the installations (prereq checking) on a 2012 R2 Standard server. R2 is not on the supported platform matrix - could this be stopping the install or is it something else. I can't find this on either knowledge base.

    should have searched here first - found another article on 90 Minds and will let you know the resolution

    having IT manually install C++ and .Net Framework did the trick

    I don't remember which folder but during 2013 installation a text log file gets written to that records the installation steps. It might show you what step it was on.
