Sage 100 ERP 2013 - PU 7 What causes the Sales Order lilnes to not equal the totals tab? I found the Sage KB for PO (there's probably one in there somewhere for SO) which advises to change the tax code , save it, then change the tax code back. This worked. Anyone know what the explanation is. Customer have this funny way of asking ""Why did it do that?

It seems like any time we've run into it, users have been changing lines on the order or invoice. I haven't been able to recreate it but as far as I can tell, they must not be hitting enter after making their change somehow so it doesn't go through and recalculate the extension for the line or the order total.

It's weird because I can change lines and hit enter. If I add a line it adds it to the incorrect total -- but does not apparently do a full recompute. If I do the sales tax swap that seems to force a complete recompute of all the lines and places the totals into the total tab.

That is weird. I don't remember dealing with it on the SO before. Mine have all been on SO invoices and of course they don't find it until everything is posted and the sales journal is out of balance.

This user is also connecting via Insynch so it's very possible something was imported/sync'd improperly.

In SO Options what are the settings for tab 3 Item Pricing by total Qty and Price level by customer? Could it be one of those settings and is the user with the funny calc setup in role maintenance with permissions to recalc?
