Every link I try to use on the KB this morning takes me to Sorry, there has been an error.

Is it just me?  I know it is.

Thanks for that reminder, @Steve Iwanowski - I'm going to save this email somewhere that I might actually find it again!

Good luck with remembering.....  I am still looking for the PDF from a 90M thread on how to set up a null printer for the Sage task scheduler.  As I recall, I made a mental note when I saved it to remember where it was...

@Jeff Schwenk, I don't recall null printer re: Sage 100 Task Scheduler.  Are you sure you're not thinking of the Sage 100 PDF Converter (printer)?

Was it null?  On this page, David Speck mentions outputting the log to a file for Task Scheduler.

I encountered the same thing in the last hour today. It's a HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request.

I can reach the KB on my phone, not my laptop.

That worked. You have to notice the time period for clearing the cookies. Default may be one hour.

Edge seems better than Chrome to get to the download page.  (I don't seem to have problems using my local Firefox).

Sometimes I will log in to the portal on the client machine, then copy / paste the URL to the download page from my local workstation.  Doesn't always work, but is worth a try if having problems.

I primarily use Chrome in general and recently when I've had issues with the download pages, I'd try Edge and it works.  I think I had to clear my cache (maybe cookies, too) in Chrome to fix it...I think.
