The GUMU™ Sage 100 CRM integration had some relatively minor (but meaningful) changes this past month. I have them listed below and have provided an image. I've also created a 3-minute video which compares the differences between Sage's integration with 100 and the advanced integration from Greytrix. While there is overlap, once you understand the differences, it becomes a lot easier to sell Sage CRM.
- Sage's free integration essentially allows the user to launch Sage 100 screens while inside Sage CRM. However, this requires the CRM user to have Sage 100 on their machine. And it only works inside the LAN.
- In contrast, Greytrix's GUMU™ Sage 100 CRM integration is a server-level integration so CRM users anywhere can use the integration from Sage CRM's web-accessible interface.

Updates in October 2021: Greytrix's GUMU™ Sage 100 CRM integration continues to evolve. The image below reflects the changes that we rolled out in October.
- The Sage 100 data block is collapsible
- New calculation field showing the % change between this year and last year sales
- New calculation field showing the % change between sales last year and the prior year (to accommodate COVID)
- New LLYTD field (to accommodate COVID)
- New field reflecting all the unpaid invoices
- New field reflecting the total sum of those unpaid invoices
