I've been working on an integration between Sage 100 and Creatio for the past 6-8 months in almost a complete silo. I'm hoping to accomplish two things with this post:

- My real motive is to get feedback from the Sage 100 specialists in this group. I have significant silent respect for many of you - while I don't comment on everything, I do pay attention to how you engage with eachother and the candor of your feedback. It's from that candid feedback that I'm hoping that this post functions as an open invitation for your feedback. You've been "dealing" with CRMs for so long now. I'd love to get your input on how to make this something that's seamless to deal with, is a clear value add for your customers, and contains a clear value proposition that makes positioning Creatio to your customers easy.
