Once again confusion reigns....... Phone call from partner CPA. Another office is looking for Sage 100 support. I connect with their coworker. Drill into the situation and their end user is actually on Sage Contractor. No can help them.
Looking for Sage Contractor assistance. Current support team says there is no fix (probably true) but I said I would look for someone to provide a second opinion.
