Who is paid to write this stuff???

Price increase email from Sage says - "This change will allow us to improve our back-end processes and allow us to provide pricing quotes more quickly"   

Are systems changing? To me, if you are really doing this manually then you are currently hitting only two physical keyboard keys.  Now your finger is going to have to hit a 1, a 0 , now a 5.  Sounds more inefficient to me if we are really arguing the point.

My question is? at what price would make them quote even quicker because the price is going from 100-105 for the first 5 users.

Does this mean if they change the price in a year then Sage still will now be inefficient with the newer pricing?

Probably should not have gone on the boat and come back in to read emails from Sage!

That’s ok - I’m having customers call and ask me to verify that this increase won’t affect them because they aren’t on the cloud.

This is another reason software companies with sticky installed bases are so valuable. It’s almost impossible to kill them with clumsy or inept management so long as their product quality is good.
