  • 1.  Sage 100 - can't change screen size once repositioned

    I have an odd one. Specific User, doesn't happen when I use our credentials.  She will open Sage Sales Orders, and can move her screen around using the default open size.  However, as soon as she resized her screen to fit on a section of her monitor.  The screen 'locks' she can work, but can't move the SO window.  Curious if anyone has seen anything like this.  Thanks, #Sage100​

    New UI?  Old UI?  When you log into Sage as you?  or Network as you?
    If new UI, and Sage login, I'd look at the theme associated with that user, and whether they use default, medium, etc. font scaling.

    NEW UI. Logged into Windows as that user, logged into Sage as me (works).

    Does the user have a folder in the SO\Custom folder such as DLH-ABC or DLH-###?

    Double-clicking on the frozen task's title bar might free it up.  (A Windows trick to toggle between maximized and resizable).

    Edit: also try the right-click / reset panel.

    You may try making a copy of "your" custom folder and the renaming it using the logon initials of the user that isn't working.  At least you could rule out some sort of screen customization or screen resolution issue.
