I've been working with a client that has the same bank as I do. I followed my setup in Payroll | Direct Deposit exactly but wasn't getting the same file setup on generation. In particular the Header record 5key was not there. I previewed both files side by side in DFDM and found that many items in the new 2020 setup were just blank. I went through and modified to match mine exactly. I was then able to regenerate the DD file and the missing Header information was there.
If you had DD in an older version it converts just fine. It's when you are setting up DD in 2020 that the issues are arising.
I've resolved my issue but wanted to share for anyone else that might experience this.
