Client is using Windows defender on their Servers and user PC's. They are experiencing slowness, issues and problems (I do not have all the details). Upon our advice, we pleaded with them to turn off Windows Defender for Firewall and Antivirus protection; and what do you know... the problems went away. Now they are asking "where does Sage Software say, do not use Windows Defender?". I guess, I am looking for anything by Sage Software that says not to use it. Have you seen anything? Search of Knowledge base turned up nothing and very little on Sage City. Other than obvious precautions on "anti-virus" exclusions, are there any suggestions or documents I can share with them?
