What do you recommend to your customers for e-invoicing?  I have a customer asking about it.   I saw this Sage link and don't know much about it.  Is anyone using it for Sage 100?

Seems to be an EU "thing".  The EU seems to be lightyears ahead for many things (chip readers, ACH, etc).  Not seeing a lot of traction for Sage 100.  Intacct will probably be the launch software when it finally arrives on the east coast.

Sage demo'd that for us at MOTM 2020, so it's been in Sage 100 for a while.  Not sure if any of our clients use it.

@Kevin Moyes  Is it on one of the Sage 100 menus?  I missed that demo.

Regarding Sage 100 users sending electronic invoices to customers, I had a company that talked to Paya about this, and it seemed to me-perhaps incorrectly-that ClickToPay was predominantly what Paya was using. It's worth noting that virtually all the payments processors have some version of clicktopay.

I agree with @Wayne Schulz.  The link Kevin provided is more click to pay functionality.  Payra, Repay, Fortis, probably Century Biz all have this functionality.  The e-invoicing that @Doug Higgs is asking about is an EU functionality/concept.  I don't see THAT functionality coming to Sage 100 for a looooong time.  If it comes at all, it will hit  Intacct first (and maybe last).

Right on @Jeff Schwenk  My interpretation of e-invoicing is more like  and EDI process.  Invoices are transmitted electronically and can be received by the customer's accounts [ayable system without human intervention / data entry.  Below is a quote from a QuickBooks site "

Electronic invoices are produced by e-invoicing software without the need for a human to input any data. This means they can be automatically read by e-invoicing solutions, rather than by a human, in order to get the bill paid faster.

Traditional invoices need to be seen by someone who will use a template, an invoice generator, or would create an invoice from scratch, to then turn the data into a bill to be paid."

I have customers using Repay click to pay.  Although a great feature i am not sure if click to pay is e-invoicing.
