Have you tried Lookup Conversion under Library Master / Utilities

Try resizing the panel before clicking on the lookup button.

I'm not sure if this is significant but when I go into the User Lookup Wizard I do not see the SY_User lookup in the list.

    Is this a new migration?

Yes, it's a migration from 3.71 and it's in the test stage.

Ron - Not sure but maybe you can try renaming their providex.dcl file in the \mas90 folder and substituting with your own from 4.50.4

Possible next step - what if you substitute the 5 SY1Q*.SOA files from your SOA folder into theirs. If it works, you would then want to reinstall any modules and mods that they have on their system that are not installed on your system (from where you copied these files) and then reinstall PU4

OK! thanks @AlnoorCassim That fixed the problem. I have all the modules my client has on my system so i don't need to reinstall any modules? thanks again.
