Sage 100 Advanced Version 4.40.0.10 with Job Ops attached. The ALE for the Ship-To-Address on the Sales Order Entry screen and Customer Maintenance screen is not working. The lookup windows pops up but no data is displayed. We know that the data is there because we can see it if we try to edit or create a Ship-To-Address.

I assume you have rebuilt the SO_ShipToAddress.M4T file and A/R and S/O sort files? The ALE may be broken, but I'm not sure you can delete the default ALE. Can you create a new ALE?

Cool! The only solution I found from Sage is to restore from backup. I have 3 clients with this issue.
