    Sage 100 Advanced v4.5 - Error 65 in program _WINGRP at line 0365 - Client is experiencing issue when click on AP Invoice History. Only happens on ONE workstation. If user goes to another workstation, her life is much better. Panels have been modified. Sage KB suggest three things: Reinstall the workstation client - Didn't work, rebuild the custom panels and log files- Didn't work or restore a file from backup because it is corrupted. Client has moved to different ERP software so this is NOT a major issue but the AP person still looks things up in Sage. Since this seems to be workstation specific, any ideas of where to look for the workstation config details? TIA

    Have you reset the usual suspects (SY_Workstation, SY_Console, etc)?

    There is a KB article for this. Resolution 1.Have all users log out of Sage 100 ERP 2.Open Custom Office, Utilities, Rebuild Customizer Log A.Select the Module, User, and Company from the Log, click OK 3.Open Custom Office, Utilities, Update Custom Panels to Current Level A.Keep all defaults, click OK to update B.Print or Preview the Customizer Detail Report If updating the customized panels does not work, the .lib/.M4L files may be corrupted.     could it be something goofy like the DPI on the specific workstation? Font size?

    Have you tried the right click, Panel Settings/Reset Panel

    Do all other users experience the same issue if logged into that workstation? Or just that user? (windows login)

    I had this same error in AR Customer maintenance last week. Resolved by adding a ""TEST"" UDF in customer maintenance, updating the UDF then deleting it.

    @SteveIwanowski - No. Thanks for the thought. @WayneSchulz - Hmmm. Will check @BethBowers - EGAD - Good tip @MichelleNichols - Will put that on the list. @DougHiggs - Since error occurs in AP Invoice History, I will start there.

    Update, no good news to report. Will try rebuilding the panel to see if that has any impact
