    Sage 100 Advanced v2016 SP5 and hot fixes. Client getting ""There was a communication error. Do you want to retry the request?"" when running the Daily Sales Order Sales Journal. Assuming this is related to credit card processing. Eventually it goes through after several retries. I installed the latest SP and hot fixes. They are using Century Business Solutions for cc processing, but have been for months. Any ideas?

    Have you checked the Server workload? We just had this with a customer earlier this wee. IT had an AZURE AD sync running, soaking up 100% of the CPU resources. Pulled Sage to a halt.

    I have a client with the same issue. We thought it was because they upgraded to 2018. We have been working with Century regarding the issue and have another appointment for this afternoon. You might want to let Century know you are also having the issue with another version.

    Century corrected the problem yesterday by extending the time out setting on their server. The tech said he was going to let his coworkers know about the fix so they would know what to do if they received more calls. Your client might need to call Century to get their time out setting increased.
