Sage 100 advanced v2014..using Sage CRM ... User has been having issues with everyone who logs in through terminal server that there machines ""freeze"" 3-4 times per day for 30 60 seconds. No data is lost no matter what you are in, Excel, word or Outlook. Their IT people have finally narrowed this down to being caused by the Sage plug-in that allows outlook users to file e-mails in CRM. This issue started when they switched their e-mail to GoDaddy. Their IT people are telling them that since the plug-in doesn't work with GoDaddy, they need to have a local machine with an exchange server. That is going backwards and not really a viable option. Sage support has not been helpful. Have you ever heard of this issue? Do you have any other suggestions?

@DougHiggs just a few thoughts; all assuming on prem CRM. 1.) Have you tried removing the plug-in for a 'trial run' on some sessions to see if in fact the Plug-In is the root cause? They wouldn't be able to file for a while during the test of course. 2.) With the Plug In being local, I don't believe there should be any conflict with the GoDaddy (not certain, just seems off to me) 3.) On a TS with the OL Plug In each user has to have this installed while an admin, typically temporary only for install but another item I've run into.. 4.) Lastly 'for fun', I'd see how the OL plug-in worked on a local install if possible. Just to rule out the GoDaddy stuff as well. Good luck
