Sage 100 advanced v2014..using Sage CRM ... User has been having issues with everyone who logs in through terminal server that there machines ""freeze"" 3-4 times per day for 30 60 seconds. No data is lost no matter what you are in, Excel, word or Outlook. Their IT people have finally narrowed this down to being caused by the Sage plug-in that allows outlook users to file e-mails in CRM. This issue started when they switched their e-mail to GoDaddy. Their IT people are telling them that since the plug-in doesn't work with GoDaddy, they need to have a local machine with an exchange server. That is going backwards and not really a viable option. Sage support has not been helpful. Have you ever heard of this issue? Do you have any other suggestions?

I have not seen this. Why are they going through Terminal Server to access CRM / Outlook? Both of those are available over the web directly.

Do the problems happen if you are sitting at the physical server? Does it happen on the network (ie; not on the terminal server)? I have not seen this before but I don't think we have many / any clients in that configuration.
