    Sage 100 Advanced v.2014 with Citrix. Customer reports that two users are suddenly experiencing slow performance. All other users have no problems. Their IT has rebooted file and terminal server, reinstalled the ICA client for the two users, and cleared the user's browser cache. The problem continues. Does anyone have further suggestions?

    Slow performance where? - Printing? - Posting? - Starting up Sage 100 ? - Navigating screens?

    If it is affecting two users and not others, try blowing away the profile of a user on the terminal server. When they log back in it should recreate it automatically. There could be something in the profile itself.

    It was difficult to discover exactly *what* was slow. Many of my customers think of the computer as a black box; when there's a problem, the whole thing doesn't work. After much ado, the slowness only pertained to printing from either Sage or FRx, both of which the customer considers to be Sage. Miraculously, the problems were gone first thing this morning. Thank you all for responding!
